All orders are shipped via ACS Courier, in accordance with our cooperation with ACS Courier Services S.A.

Each jewellery piece is handmade to order. Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days before shipment.

Delivery time depends on the destination and is determined exclusively by ACS Courier, according to their applicable delivery schedules and terms.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor the shipment through the ACS tracking system.

Liability & Shipment Security

The transportation, delivery, and any potential delays are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Carriage of ACS Courier.

In the event of loss or damage during transit, ACS Courier’s liability and compensation limits apply, unless a declared value / shipment insurance service has been selected.
