Order Cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel their order prior to shipment by contacting our customer service department.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, customers may return a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing any justification.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to, engraved jewellery or items made to order or customized upon request.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the company will process a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Defective Products

In the event that a product is found to be defective, the company will cover all costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund, at no additional charge to the customer
